Senior Manager Warehouse Operations

As our Senior Manager Warehouse Operations, you will play a key role in leading the physical movement of Rituals products across our logistics network. From warehousing and storage to the flow of goods between locations, you make sure our operation runs smoothly today while helping shape what it needs to become tomorrow. You will be part of our Logistics Operations team and work closely with internal stakeholders such as Planning and Sourcing, while also managing senior contacts at our external warehouse partners. This is a role with both operational ownership and strategic impact. You will lead a team of 5 professionals and take responsibility for performance, cost management and continuous improvement across a complex warehouse landscape. At the same time, you will help guide major network changes in the years ahead, including new warehouse openings and the transition towards a more scalable setup.
