Description

We are hiring a Shift Lead to manage production line teams during assigned shifts in our Aalsmeer chocolate factory. You will ensure production targets and quality standards are met while supporting staff on the floor.

Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating workflow, reporting issues, and promoting safety compliance.

The role involves standing and moving around the production area during shift work hours. Leadership experience in food production is an advantage.
