Experienced Flower Collection Worker for Bulb and Stem Sorting in Aalsmeer

Our Aalsmeer-based horticulture business specializes in flower bulb collection and stem sorting for export. We require experienced flower collection workers who can efficiently pick, trim, and sort different flower varieties with care and attention to detail. The role is vital for maintaining the quality of flowers before packaging and dispatch.

Your daily tasks include picking flowers from greenhouses or outdoor fields, trimming stems to appropriate lengths, sorting flowers according to size, color, and quality standards, and preparing them for packaging teams. Accurate recording of batch information and quality control checks are also part of your duties.

The workplace is outdoors and inside greenhouses depending on the season. The work is physical, involving standing, bending, and carrying loads. Health and safety procedures are strictly followed. The role is full-time and onsite.
