Experienced Flower Sorting Technician for Quality Control in Aalsmeer Horticulture

We are a leading flower producer in the Aalsmeer area looking for an experienced flower sorting technician specialized in quality control. This role is key to ensuring that only the best flowers leave our facility bound for wholesale and export markets.

The position involves inspecting harvested flowers, sorting by strict quality criteria, identifying defects or diseases in stems and blossoms, documenting quality results, and working closely with the harvesting and packing teams to maintain standards.

Work is onsite in a temperature-regulated sorting room, requiring precision, good eyesight, and manual dexterity. This is a full-time role with regular shifts and physical activity such as standing and handling flowers.
