Flower Harvest Assistant with Basic Sorting Duties in Aalsmeer Horticulture Facility

We are recruiting flower harvest assistants for our horticulture facility near Aalsmeer. This entry-level role supports the harvesting team by assisting with flower picking and simple sorting operations to maintain workflow during flower season.

Daily duties include collecting flowers from designated areas, preliminary sorting by type and condition, helping transport harvested flowers to sorting lines, and supporting quality checks under supervision. You will gain hands-on experience in Dutch floriculture operations.

The role is onsite with physically active tasks, including bending, standing, and lifting light loads. Work hours are full-time with breaks, and the environment is clean and well organized.

We offer above minimum hourly pay, paid monthly, a seasonal employment contract, and the chance to develop horticultural skills while working with a friendly team.
