Description

Our Aalsmeer chocolate factory is looking for a Batch Mixer Operator to prepare and mix raw ingredients according to strict recipes to produce high-quality chocolate batches.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, operating mixing machinery, monitoring batch processes, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires precise timing and coordination with production teams.

You will work onsite in a temperature-controlled environment with regular shift patterns, including early starts.

We provide full training and a supportive work environment with opportunities for progression.

Requirements

• Basic experience with food production or machinery operation
• Good physical stamina and ability to follow instructions
• English communication skills for safety and teamwork
• Willingness to work shift hours
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• Legal work authorization in the EU
