Junior Flower Picker for Greenhouse Tulip Cultivation Seasonal Work in Aalsmeer

We are offering a junior flower picker position at a tulip cultivation greenhouse in Aalsmeer for the seasonal period. Our business produces tulips for both domestic and international clients, requiring energetic pickers to support harvest processes.

Your daily tasks will involve picking tulip flowers by hand, sorting according to size and color, transporting flowers within greenhouses, and assisting packing teams as needed. You will be trained on quality criteria and safety procedures.

The work environment is a modern greenhouse with stable temperatures and requires physical activity including standing and bending. Work is onsite with regular breaks and team guidance.

We provide an hourly wage starting at EUR 14.71, paid weekly, with a seasonal contract. This job is ideal for candidates new to horticulture looking to gain experience.
