Senior Flower Picker Supervisor in Aalsmeer for Greenhouse Production

We are searching for an experienced senior flower picker supervisor to oversee our greenhouse flower picking teams in Aalsmeer. Our company produces premium cut flowers for export, requiring stringent quality control and efficient workflow management during the busy seasons.

As a supervisor, your daily tasks will include coordinating the picking schedules, inspecting flower quality, guiding and training junior pickers and sorters, maintaining records of harvest yields, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards. You will act as a liaison between management and the picking teams.

This is a full-time onsite role in a greenhouse environment involving physical activity and leadership responsibilities. You will need to work closely with teams to meet production targets.
