Skilled Flower Picker Sorter for Tulip Harvesting in Aalsmeer Greenhouses

We are a large-scale tulip grower located in Aalsmeer seeking skilled flower pickers and sorters for the upcoming harvesting season. Our operation focuses on high-volume tulip cultivation, requiring detail-oriented workers to pick and sort flowers accurately for export quality.

Responsibilities include harvesting tulips by hand to avoid damage, sorting flowers by size, color, and stem length, quality control for defects or disease, and preparing flowers for packing stations. Maintaining cleanliness in the working area and following safety guidelines is mandatory.

Work is full-time onsite in greenhouse conditions with moderate physical effort such as bending and lifting. The position demands precision and speed working under production schedules. Training on company procedures will be provided.

We offer competitive pay between EUR 17 and EUR 20 per hour depending on experience, paid monthly, with a contract covering the harvest period. This is an excellent opportunity for those with prior experience looking for a stable seasonal job.
