Our horticulture operation in Aalsmeer requires a mid-level flower sorting supervisor responsible for overseeing flower sorting procedures and quality adherence. You will manage sorting teams and ensure operational efficiency and product quality during peak production seasons.
Your key tasks include supervising sorting workflow, training staff on quality guidelines, implementing improvements in sorting processes, documenting quality metrics, and liaising with packing and harvesting departments. You will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The role is full-time onsite, involving physical presence in sorting areas and moderate physical tasks. Strong leadership and communication skills with basic English proficiency are essential.
We offer a competitive hourly wage between EUR 18 and EUR 22, a fixed-term contract with scope for extension, and a professional working environment focused on growth and quality.
