Entry-Level Flower Picker and Sorter for Greenhouse Plants in Aalsmeer

Our horticulture company in Aalsmeer specializes in the cultivation and distribution of high-quality flowers. We are looking for motivated flower pickers and sorters to join our team during the peak season. You will work in a modern greenhouse environment ensuring flowers are picked at optimal quality and sorted according to size and type for further processing and shipment.

Daily responsibilities include carefully harvesting flowers by hand, inspecting and sorting flowers by quality and size, ensuring that the picked flowers meet company standards, and preparing bouquets or bundles for packaging teams. Maintaining cleanliness in your work area and adhering to safety protocols are essential parts of your daily tasks.

Working conditions are physically active with standing, bending, and manual handling tasks in a climate-controlled greenhouse. The work is onsite with scheduled breaks and teamwork is emphasized to maintain high quality and efficiency.
