Description

Join our Zeeland-based agricultural team as an assistant helping with bulb planting and field weeding. We cultivate a range of flower bulbs for commercial sale, emphasizing quality and care.

Your primary duties include planting bulbs in designated rows, removing weeds to reduce competition, assisting with soil preparation, and maintaining field tools. The role requires attention to detail and physical endurance.

Outdoor work is the norm with seasonal weather challenges. Working hours are Monday to Friday for 8 hours daily. PPE and training are provided to ensure safe operations.

We provide an entry-level salary above Dutch minimum wage, official contracts, and a chance to gain experience in Dutch agricultural production.

Requirements

• Entry-level with no experience required
• Basic English or Dutch comprehension
• Physical fitness for manual labor
• Ability to work in teams
• Reliable and motivated
• EU work permit
• Flexibility to work in various weather
