Description

We are a reputable construction company in Amersfoort specializing in residential renovations and new builds. We seek a skilled Construction Helper to assist carpenters on-site. Our company prioritizes craftsmanship and safety while encouraging employees to grow their technical skills.

Your daily tasks will involve preparing and organizing carpentry materials, cutting wood according to specifications, holding and positioning materials during assembly, and cleaning the work area. You will collaborate closely with carpenters to support the construction and installation of structures.

The work environment is fast-paced and requires physical work including lifting and working at heights. Safety is a top priority, and all employees receive regular training and protective equipment. You will join a friendly, experienced team in a supportive workplace.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in construction or carpentry assistance
• Good understanding of carpentry tools and materials
• Ability to read simple blueprints and instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 kg and work on ladders
• Basic Dutch or English communication skills
• Attention to safety procedures
• EU work authorization
