Description

Our large hotel in Amersfoort seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the housekeeping team to maintain excellent cleanliness and guest room standards.

You will schedule staff shifts, inspect rooms and public areas, train housekeeping personnel, manage supplies, and report maintenance needs. The role requires leadership and detail-oriented skills.

Shift work including weekends and public holidays is expected. Physical activity and standing for extended periods are part of the role.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in housekeeping roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Fluent English communication
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety protocols
• Flexibility with shift work
