Description

A well-established IT solutions firm in Amersfoort seeks a Junior Network Support Engineer to assist with maintaining and troubleshooting client network infrastructures. The company delivers high-quality networking services for various sectors including education and retail.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring network performance, diagnosing connectivity issues, configuring routers and switches under supervision, and supporting network upgrades. You will collaborate with senior engineers and participate in on-call rotations.

The team works onsite with Monday to Friday daytime shifts from 9:00 to 17:30. You will experience a fast-paced but supportive environment where continuous learning is encouraged.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of network protocols and hardware

• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
