Description

This upscale hotel in Amersfoort is expanding its guest services team and seeks a Junior Concierge Assistant to support the concierge in delivering premium guest experiences. The hotel caters to business travelers and tourists.

Your daily tasks include assisting with guest inquiries, booking local tours and transportation, providing maps and local recommendations, handling luggage requests, and coordinating with other hotel departments.

The role involves mostly daytime shifts with some weekend work and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

We provide comprehensive training and a career path within hotel guest services.

Requirements

• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Interest in local culture and tourism
• Work authorization for the Netherlands
