Description

Join a growing technology company based in Amersfoort that specializes in providing IT support to small and medium-sized businesses across the Netherlands. Our team is dedicated to delivering prompt and professional service to ensure client systems run smoothly.

On a typical day, you will respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure new devices, and assist clients with network connectivity problems. You will work closely with senior technicians to learn best practices and improve your technical skills.

The work environment is collaborative with a focus on continuous learning. You will be working onsite in a modern office equipped with the latest technology. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, with a 30-minute lunch break and occasional overtime during busy periods.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Interest in IT support and troubleshooting

• Available for full-time onsite work in Amersfoort
