Description

An upscale restaurant in the centre of Amersfoort is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen team focusing on high-quality dish preparation.

Your duties include supervising junior kitchen staff, preparing ingredients, maintaining high hygiene standards, assisting with menu planning, and ensuring consistent food quality.

This role requires leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with early morning and evening shifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a chef de partie or similar role
• Good knowledge of Dutch and international cuisines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
