Description

Our Amersfoort manufacturing plant seeks a senior production supervisor to lead a team and ensure efficient, high-quality output.

The role includes monitoring daily production targets, managing workforce schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, resolving operational issues, and reporting to management. You will mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The work environment is dynamic and requires leadership presence on the production floor during shifts. A strong emphasis on teamwork and problem-solving is essential.

This senior role offers a competitive hourly wage above Dutch minimum, leadership development opportunities, and a permanent full-time contract.

Requirements

• 3+ years production supervision experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks
• Fluent English speaker
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing a plus
• EU work permit
• Full-time onsite availability
