Description

We are a well-established international freight transport company based in Amersfoort, seeking a senior HGV driver with extensive experience in cross-border hauling. Our company values professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to safety regulations.

The senior driver will undertake long-distance international transport assignments, ensuring timely delivery of heavy cargo. Responsibilities include vehicle inspection, compliance with EU transport laws, efficient route planning, and maintaining transport documentation.

Work conditions include extended periods on the road across multiple countries, driving modern trucks with advanced safety and comfort features. Flexibility for occasional night and weekend shifts is required.

Requirements

• Valid CE license with digital tachograph card
• Minimum 5 years HGV driving experience
• Good command of English
• Strong knowledge of EU transport regulations
• Experience with heavy or oversized cargo preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle stressful driving conditions
