Description

We are a premium housing construction company in Amsterdam seeking seasoned bricklayer assistants to join our skilled team. We focus on high-end projects requiring precision and quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities include preparing mortar mixes with exact proportions, assisting masons with detailed brick placement, transporting materials efficiently across larger sites, and cleaning tools daily. You will collaborate closely with bricklayers and site supervisors to meet strict project specifications.

This full-time onsite position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and physical endurance to meet demanding construction schedules. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The hourly wage ranges from €19.00 to €22.00 based on experience, plus standard Dutch employment benefits and training opportunities to further your craft.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience assisting bricklayers on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of mortar mixing and bricklaying techniques
• Physically robust with ability to carry heavy loads
• Good command of English for communication
• Valid EU work permit
• Attention to detail and quality
• Reliable and safety-conscious
