EL Assistant for Quality Control in Bread Production Factory, Amsterdam

Our Amsterdam bakery prides itself on delivering freshly baked bread with consistent quality. We require an assistant to support the quality control team in monitoring product standards throughout the production process.
Your responsibilities will include sampling bread for texture and taste tests, recording data, inspecting packaging, and assisting in documenting quality issues. You will work closely with bakers and production supervisors to maintain high standards.
The role involves working on-site in a production environment, standing for long periods, and occasional lifting. Shift work is required with morning and afternoon options.
We offer hourly pay between EUR 15.50 and EUR 17.00 and provide training in food safety and quality control procedures. The working environment is supportive and professional.
