The operator role includes controlling tempering machines, monitoring chocolate flow, performing quality checks on texture and appearance, and packaging finished products. You will coordinate with maintenance teams for regular machine servicing.
The working environment is temperature controlled to maintain chocolate consistency. Protective clothing and hygiene standards are strictly enforced. Shift work includes mornings and afternoons with weekend rotation.
We offer hourly wages from EUR 18.50 to EUR 21.00, paid overtime, and comprehensive training on chocolate production techniques. Career development opportunities exist for motivated candidates.
