We operate a central security operations center coordinating multiple security teams in Amsterdam. We are seeking a security dispatcher responsible for communication and coordination of field security officers.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring alarm systems, dispatching guards to incidents, maintaining communication logs, coordinating with emergency services, and providing timely incident updates to management.
This office-based role requires good multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Work hours include shifts covering 24/7 operations.

Requirements
• Experience with radio or telephone dispatch systems preferred
