Description

Our construction company in Amsterdam is seeking enthusiastic entry-level assistants to join our team focused on residential building projects. We specialize in sustainable housing development, committed to quality construction and timely project delivery. Candidates will support skilled bricklayers and site supervisors, gaining hands-on experience in the building process.

Daily responsibilities include preparing building materials, organizing site equipment, assisting bricklayers with mixing mortar and laying bricks under supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also help unload materials from delivery trucks and set up scaffolding as needed.

Work is onsite at various Amsterdam residential construction sites. Teams work Monday through Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with breaks following Dutch regulations. Physical stamina and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of construction processes
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Basic English communication skills
• EU work authorization

• Ability to follow safety guidelines strictly
