Description

Our industrial bakery in Amsterdam produces large volumes of bread distributed internationally. We operate advanced baking and packaging lines requiring experienced operators.

The bread production operator manages dough mixers, controls oven settings, monitors baking processes, and oversees packaging quality. You will conduct regular equipment checks and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Work involves standing in warm environments for extended periods, shift work including early mornings, and strict hygiene adherence.

We provide hourly wages between EUR 18.00 and EUR 20.00, paid holidays, overtime pay, and opportunities for further training and career advancement.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in bread production
• Operational knowledge of industrial bakery equipment
• Technical troubleshooting skills
• Good English communication
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid EU work authorization
• Ability to work shifts
