Description

Our Amsterdam flower production facility is seeking a detail-oriented quality control inspector to ensure that all flowers meet our stringent quality standards before shipment.

Daily responsibilities include inspecting flowers for defects, measuring stem length and freshness, documenting inspection results, and coordinating with the production team to address quality issues. You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product consistency.

This role requires standing and inspecting flowers over long shifts in climate-controlled environments. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Requirements

• Experience in quality control or inspection, preferably in horticulture
