Description

Our flower farm in Amsterdam is expanding and needs a junior horticulture technician to support cultivation teams. We grow a wide variety of flowers using modern greenhouse technology.

Typical daily tasks include monitoring plant growth, assisting with watering and fertilizing schedules, recording environmental data, and helping with pest scouting. You will report to senior technicians and participate in daily team meetings.

The job is physically active with a mix of indoor greenhouse work and some light outdoor duties. You will receive comprehensive training and guidance.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of plant biology or horticulture preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Physical stamina for manual tasks
• English communication skills
• No prior work experience necessary
