Description

A progressive flower farm on the outskirts of Amsterdam seeks an experienced agricultural equipment operator. Our farm uses modern machinery to enhance efficiency in planting, watering, and harvesting flowers.

Responsibilities include safely operating tractors, automated watering systems, and harvesting aids, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with field preparation. You will coordinate with cultivation supervisors to optimize production.

This physically active role requires attention to safety standards, technical aptitude, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Work times follow a standard full-time schedule with occasional overtime.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience operating agricultural machinery
• Knowledge of flower farm processes preferred
• Strong safety awareness
• Good English communication
• EU work authorization
