Description

Our elderly care home in Amsterdam is seeking janitorial staff to maintain clean and safe living spaces for residents. Your tasks include mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms and communal spaces, disposing of waste, and restocking hygiene supplies. Working closely with care staff, you will help ensure a comfortable environment for elderly patients. The role requires physical stamina and sensitivity to the needs of elderly residents. Training on eldercare hygiene standards is provided. The workplace promotes a respectful atmosphere and a good team spirit.

Requirements

• Experience with janitorial or cleaning duties preferred
• Basic English communication
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
• Respectful and patient attitude towards elderly persons
• Availability to work mornings and occasional weekends
• Understanding of healthcare hygiene principles a plus
