Description

Our fruit orchard near Amsterdam is recruiting laborers to assist with daily cultivation activities including soil preparation, planting, watering, and weeding of fruit crops. This role supports the broader orchard production team.

The position involves manual labor outdoors with use of hand tools and mechanized equipment under supervision. Tasks vary seasonally and require flexibility and physical stamina. Safety procedures are strictly observed.

Workdays follow a Monday to Friday schedule with occasional weekend work during busy periods. Training will be provided for all specific equipment and tasks.

Requirements

• Basic physical fitness for manual farm labor
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work outdoors
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Basic English skills
