We are looking for a sales coordinator to support our home decor retail store’s daily operations in Amsterdam. This role combines sales support and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities include assisting sales staff, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, managing stock orders, coordinating deliveries with suppliers, and supporting sales reporting and store merchandising. You will help ensure the smooth running of the sales floor and support team members.
The work environment is office-adjacent with frequent interaction on the shop floor. Work hours are regular business hours with occasional weekend coverage.
