Description

We seek a senior catering supervisor to manage and coordinate catering operations for a large conference center in Amsterdam. Responsibilities include overseeing catering teams, ensuring food service quality, managing inventory, and maintaining hygiene standards. You will liaise with event organizers and manage staff scheduling.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality experience, and the ability to work flexible hours dependent on event schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
