Our respected flower propagation nursery in Amsterdam seeks a motivated horticulture assistant with 1-3 years’ experience. We specialize in growing young plants from cuttings and seeds, supplying to larger flower farms.

Your role involves preparing propagation trays, monitoring humidity and temperature, transplanting seedlings, and assisting with pest management. You will work closely with the propagation manager to maintain nursery productivity and quality standards.

The job requires attention to detail, routine manual tasks, and basic record-keeping. You will work mainly indoors in climate-controlled greenhouses. Shifts follow regular daytime hours with occasional weekend duties during critical propagation phases.
