Description

A growing construction team focused on new residential home construction seeks a Construction Assistant to support the building crew. Your daily tasks will include mixing concrete, assisting with bricklaying preparations, transporting materials, and keeping the site clean and organized.

Work conditions include outdoor settings with exposure to weather and the need to wear standard safety gear. The schedule is 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday. This role offers the chance to learn a variety of construction skills from experienced tradespeople.

We provide fair compensation of EUR 14.71 to EUR 15.50 per hour, safety equipment, and regular team meetings to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

• Interest in construction trades and manual labor
• Basic English communication
• Ability to lift materials up to 25 kg
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• EU citizenship or work permit
• Team player attitude
