We operate a specialized orchid greenhouse near Apeldoorn, focusing on innovative propagation and plant care techniques. We are looking for skilled workers to help with complex orchid cultivation processes.

Your responsibilities will include seed propagation, tissue culture assistance, orchid pruning, pest monitoring, and maintaining the delicate microclimate conditions essential for orchid growth. You will work under the supervision of horticulture specialists.

The work environment is temperature and humidity-controlled, requiring precision and careful handling. Hours are full-time with occasional weekend duties during propagation cycles.

We offer a salary range of EUR 19.00 to EUR 22.00 per hour acknowledging your technical skills and horticultural knowledge. Continuous training and a permanent contract are part of our offer.
