Description

We are hiring an experienced Demolition Worker to join our specialized team working on urban redevelopment projects in Apeldoorn. Responsibilities include controlled dismantling of buildings, sorting and removal of waste materials, and operating demolition tools safely.

Working conditions are physically demanding and may involve working at heights or in confined spaces. Standard hours are 07:00 to 15:30 Monday through Friday. Safety training and equipment are provided.

The salary range is EUR 18.50 to EUR 22.00 per hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses. This role is perfect for candidates with proven demolition experience who prioritize safety and precision.

Requirements

• 3+ years demolition experience
• Knowledge of demolition safety protocols
• Physical strength and stamina
• Ability to operate demolition machinery
• Good command of English
• Valid EU working rights
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
