Our transport company in Apeldoorn seeks a coordinator and assistant to help manage delivery schedules, vehicle maintenance, and driver support. This hybrid administrative and hands-on role is key for smooth daily operations.
You will assist with scheduling driver shifts, coordinating package loads, liaising with clients regarding delivery updates, and conducting vehicle inspections. Field assistance may include loading/unloading and minor maintenance support.
The position is full-time daytime hours in an office and warehouse environment. It requires strong organizational skills and ability to multitask between administrative and physical tasks.

Requirements
• Basic knowledge of transport operations
• Experience in scheduling or logistics support preferred
