Description

We are recruiting skilled machine operators with technical experience to maintain and run industrial production machines in Apeldoorn. You will ensure machines are correctly set up, perform adjustments during production runs, conduct routine maintenance checks, and cooperate with maintenance technicians to minimize downtime. This position requires a technical background, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety. The work schedule is full-time with rotating shifts. Requirements

• Technical background or vocational training in mechanical or industrial technology
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial machinery
• Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot problems
• Strong focus on safety and quality controls
• Good communication skills in English

• Team player with reliability
• Authorized to work in the EU
