Description

Our plastics manufacturing plant in Apeldoorn is expanding, and we require a senior machine operator experienced in injection molding processes. As a senior operator, you will supervise machine setups, oversee quality parameters, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and mentor junior staff. This role is critical for maintaining production efficiency and product quality. You will work full-time day shifts in a climate-controlled environment adhering to strict safety and quality standards. We value leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience supervising and training staff
• Proficient in safety and quality standards
• Good knowledge of production reporting
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Valid EU work authorization
