Our busy conference venue in Arnhem is seeking a seasonal event catering coordinator to manage food and beverage services during events and conferences throughout the tourist and business season.
Your tasks include coordinating with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, managing inventory during events, handling client communications regarding catering needs, and assisting with setup and cleanup. You will ensure smooth catering operations that meet client expectations.
The work environment involves indoor event spaces, variable hours depending on event schedules that can include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and requires strong organizational skills and teamwork.
