Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused servers to join our busy outdoor café in Arnhem for the tourist season. This venue is popular among locals and visitors, offering a vibrant atmosphere and delicious Dutch and international dishes.

Daily responsibilities include taking food and drink orders, serving customers promptly, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas. You will also assist with setting up and closing the café daily and ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed.

Working conditions include outdoor service with some exposure to weather changes, fast-paced environment during peak meal times, and teamwork with kitchen and bar staff. Hours include daytime and evening shifts, often including weekends.

We provide a fair hourly rate according to experience, training on menu and service protocols, and a friendly work environment with potential for repeat seasonal employment.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year serving experience
• Good English communication skills
• Energetic and able to work standing for long periods
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• EU work authorization
