Line Supervisor Vegetable Packaging for Dutch Food Production Facility Arnhem

Our Arnhem-based vegetable processing company seeks a Line Supervisor to oversee the packaging area of fresh vegetable products. The company is committed to maintaining high production standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this supervisory role, you will coordinate daily packaging operations, manage a team of operators, handle scheduling, ensure adherence to quality standards, oversee equipment operation and troubleshoot issues, and liaise with quality control and logistics departments. You will also enforce safety and hygiene standards and prepare production reports.

The position requires working onsite in the production plant with shift work, including evenings and weekends. You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring leadership and organizational skills.
