Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist for Boutique Hotel in Arnhem

Join a welcoming boutique hotel in the heart of Arnhem as a seasonal front desk receptionist. Our hotel is known for its personalized guest services and charming atmosphere, attracting tourists and business visitors alike throughout the warmer months.

You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures, handling reservations both in person and over the phone, and providing local information and assistance. Daily tasks include managing payments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Working conditions include a modern front desk area with a team-oriented environment. The shifts will primarily cover daytime and evening hours with some weekend work. The workplace is accessible by public transportation and follows Dutch labor regulations for breaks and working hours.
