Description

Join a popular family restaurant in Arnhem as a kitchen assistant for the busy tourist season. Our restaurant offers traditional Dutch and European dishes, serving a wide range of customers daily.

Your daily tasks include food preparation such as washing, chopping, and basic cooking support, assisting chefs with ingredient organization, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils, and following food safety guidelines. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Working conditions include standing for several hours, working in a hot kitchen environment, and following hygiene standards strictly. Shifts include lunch and dinner hours with weekend availability.

We offer an hourly wage above the Dutch minimum, comprehensive training in kitchen safety and food handling, a supportive team atmosphere, and stable seasonal employment.

Requirements

• Basic kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
• Good physical stamina and hygiene habits
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic English skills
• Availability to work weekends and variable shifts
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• EU work authorization
