Seasonal Tour Desk Agent for Arnhem Tourist Information Center

Work as a seasonal tour desk agent at Arnhem’s central tourist information center, providing visitors with accurate and helpful travel advice. The center is a key starting point for tourists exploring Arnhem and the surrounding region.

Your responsibilities include welcoming visitors, answering questions about local attractions and events, booking tours and tickets, distributing brochures, and assisting with general tourist inquiries. You will use computer systems to handle bookings and provide multilingual support.

The work is onsite with a mix of seated and standing tasks during opening hours, mostly daytime with some weekend shifts. The position requires excellent communication and a friendly, helpful manner.
