Description

Join a luxury hotel in Arnhem as a senior concierge for the busy tourist season. This role involves providing high-end guest services, ensuring visitors experience premium hospitality standards during their stay.

Daily tasks include assisting guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, special requests, and local recommendations. You will coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and handle VIP clientele with professionalism and discretion.

The position requires standing and walking during shift hours, some evening and weekend work, and working in a customer-facing role that demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in concierge or guest relations
• Fluent English and preferably knowledge of Dutch and/or German

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• EU work authorization
