Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead our warehouse team during overnight operations at our Arnhem distribution center. This key role ensures productivity, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Your daily duties include managing a team of 10-15 warehouse staff, coordinating work schedules, monitoring order fulfillment accuracy, handling operational issues, and communicating with daytime supervisors. You will also enforce safety protocols strictly and provide coaching to night shift employees.

The shift runs from 22:00 to 06:30, Monday through Friday. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent English communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a warehouse environment.

We offer a senior hourly wage between €25.00 and €28.00, bonuses for performance, leadership development opportunities, and a motivating work culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years warehouse supervisory experience, preferably night shifts
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
• Knowledge of warehouse operational procedures
