Description

Work within a respected structural engineering consultancy in Amsterdam delivering detailed technical support for residential and commercial building projects. The team values accuracy, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing structural drawings using CAD software, conducting site visits to collect data, assisting in structural calculations, and coordinating with architects and contractors. You will also help maintain project documentation and support senior engineers in design reviews.

The role is mainly office-based with periodic site visits around Amsterdam and nearby regions. Typical working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The office is modern with ergonomic workstations and collaborative meeting spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering (new graduates welcome)
• Proficiency or willingness to learn CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Good written and verbal English skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in structural design and building codes
• Willingness to perform occasional site visits on varied terrain
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
