Description

Our Groningen meat processing center is looking for a Quality Control Assistant to support inspection and monitoring of meat products before packaging and delivery.

Daily duties involve checking meat cuts for appearance and defects, recording inspection results, assisting with compliance documentation, and reporting any issues to supervisors. Collaboration with production teams to maintain quality standards is key.

Work is done standing in refrigerated conditions with safety and hygiene protocols strictly enforced. Shifts are generally 8 hours, with occasional overtime.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Basic computer skills for logging inspections
• Willingness to work in cold environment
• EU citizenship
